1. Meeting called to order 1:20pm.

2. Treasurer submitted report. See attached.

3. AKC and By-Laws: AKC is not being very responsive. Board decided to operate under the new and OVPWCC approved By-Laws until we hear from AKC.

4. AKC fees will go up $3 across the board for entry fees. Bob Saffell moved to increase our fees $3 across the board for entry fees. Marilyn Midkiff seconded. Motioned passed.

5. Trophies: supported entries require 4 trophies to be given. Do we want to have the All Breed clubs can buy the BOB trophy at low cost? To be put to the membership for a vote.

6. Lucy Clem moved to adjourn. Teresa Fishback Seconded. Motion passed.
