New Business

Replacement of Connie Reinhardt – Connie Reinhardt stepped down from the board and did not renew membership due to personal reasons. Pat Giesting, who verbally agreed to be on the board, was proposed by Gerald Kyle as a replacement. Motion was made by Gerald Kyle, 2^nd Adrianne Saffel.
2012 Specialty Show Chair - Adrienne Saffel has agreed to the position of Show Chair for 2012. The Asst. Show Chair will be offered to Sharon Irving. In the event Sharon is unable to serve Kathy Shannon has agreed to take the position. Motion made to accept by Marilyn Roth Bassinger, 2^nd by Mikki Anderson.
2012 Specialty Site Coordinator- This job will also be carried out by Adrianne Saffel. This will include the coordination of the hotel, show and banquet room and set up of appropriate rooms for judges, show workers and exhibitors. This was proposed, accepted and carried with the show chair motion.

Future meeting dates. Following dates were set. Motion was made by Bob Saffel to accept. Kathy Shannon 2^nd.

Ways and Means – Termination of the ways and means due to lack of profit was discussed. We will continue to take preorders for Specialty t-shirts but no active ways and means will be continued. Bob and Adrianne Saffell will continue to disperse present inventory and take care of shirt preorders next year. Motion to terminate Way & Means made by Marilyn Roth Basinger. 2^nd Kathy Shannon.
