Report of the President

• 2014 National Bid at Drawbridge Bruce Coyne and Gerald Kyle proposed show chairs.

Secretary’s Report:

· Submitted ad for next specialty for National newsletter

· Logo for next year’s specialty submitted to club

Report of the Vice President

• Still no contract from O’nofrio for 2012 specialty.

Report of the Treasurer

· Total cash $13,349.55

· General fund $5,622.37

· Rescue Fund $9,094.21

Unfinished Business and General Orders

• None

New Business

· Gerald Kyle proposed club making a $250.00 donation to National Club for hospitality at National. Marilyn Roth made motion to pass Mikki Anderson second.

· Paypal for the website: Members discussed implementing the use of paypal on the club website. It was agreed discussion would be tabled until more information was obtained.

· Election committee appointed: Marilyn Roth Bassinger, Fred Wynn, Mary Parke.
